[J.R. McCulloch letter, 1863].

Collection of political economist, John Ramsay McCulloch, consists of one holographic letter written to Thomas Baring, March 31, 1863. In the letter, McCulloch writes that he is sending a copy of his newly published work, "A Treatise on the Principles and Practical Influence of Taxation ..." to Baring who was a managing partner of Baring's Bank in London.
